To summarise knowledge needed for cautiously managing patient’s blood resources as well as to facilitate the learning process, we developed the eLearning platform Patientbloodmanager. We hope that this tool will provide the support needed when implementing Patient Blood Management into day-to-day care. In order to provide the information required to rethink perioperative patient care and thereby to increase patient safety, all study materials are available free of charge.
Additionally, we offer the opportunity to acquire an official certification (15 European CME Credits) through the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (EACCME).
In order to download your personalised certificate, at least 60% of the questions of a multiple choice test must be answered correctly. To gain access to the certification area within the Patient Blood Manager, a fee of 20€, covering the running costs, is requested.
